I love to exercise and keep fit and have completed 3 Ironman 70.3 events and represented South Africa in triathlon at 4 World Championship events. I believe that exercise is medicine and would love to help people be healthier and happier through regular exercise

I am very fortunate to be the Physiotherapist at ACTIVATE which is a new Executive & Medical Wellness Centre at The Gym on the DimensionData Campus in Bryanston. This is a facility which is based on the concepts prescribed to by the “Exercise is Medicine” philosophy.
